Currently we ship and process all orders through the USPS Postal Service, using Priority Mail Shipping.
Once shipped, you should be receiving your package in about 2-4 business days depending on the mail carrier (though not typical, Covid-19 may pose a slight delay )
Usually our processing time is 72 hours or less, but this may vary based on carrier shipping schedules and our roasting schedules.
All orders are processed on a daily basis from Monday to Saturday in the order we receive them ( *note Some holidays may affect processing time )
Local placed orders can expect to be shipped within 3 business days through priority mail depending on your location. (Note (though not typical) due to Covid 19 there may be a slight delay)
As soon as your order is placed, we'll send you an email letting you know we've received your information and will begin putting together your shipment. The first email you receive will have several details within it, keeping you in the loop all the way through.
The second email you receive will indicate that your order is now in transit. The details will be similar to the first set but you should find that the tracking link itself has more information to give.

We typically start the fulfillment process immediately. Because of this, any changes must be received within an hour of receiving this order confirmation email. This time is estimated and is subject to change during the holiday season (November-January).

Transactions are immediately charged / debited when placing your order and in most cases orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
In the event the product has already been shipped, we will no longer be able to cancel the order.
